Bully Planet Fitness and their watch dog Landau Attorneys

Planet Fitness' watch dog Landau Attorneys keep on threatening: "Our client has instructed us to demand from you the amount of R10049.52 in respect your outstanding account which despite demand you have failed, and/or refused and/or neglected to pay." Planet Fitness and I had a contract for a Craighall Park Planet Fitness (PF) gym. I registered with PF because the gym was a walking distance from my house and I did not take a national membership for that reason. During Covid pandemic, PF shut down Craighall Park Planet fitness without informing me and asking how it was affecting my lifestyle. They then sent me an email to inform me that I was moved to their Sandton Gates Club, which is no longer a walking distance for me and therefore no longer possible for me to use their facilities. I then engaged with PF main office that I cannot possibly attend this club as it’s not convenient to do so and my contract was for Craighall Park and not Sandton Gates. PF refused to negotiate or cancel my contract as it was breached by them when they closed the gym and not me. I had multiple calls with PF trying to resolve this issue and they seem not to care about how I felt and kept telling me that I needed to pay them. I find Planet Fitness to be a Bully that cares about their own side and not the customer.
