Broken Aircon at Planet Fitness Olympus

When I renewed my membership with PF I did it because of the Signature Club that opened in Olympus. The aircon at Olympus has been broken for more than 2 weeks now. The lackadaisical apathetic approach to fixing this matter is frankly infuriating. No communication to date from management to members about when this will be fixed. When a member complains about this they are told to go train at another PF Club in the area. Not good enough I’m afraid. In fact, this is tantamount to pathetic customer service. If I knew this I would not have been so eager to renew my membership. Fix the damn aircon!
