Breach or Contract - Very poor customer service.

I signed up with Planet Fitness in Rivonia so that I could use the pool as part of my recovery from an accident I had last year, which was explained to the consultant when I signed up, only to find out a few days later that the gym is moving premises to a facility where there is no pool. I have tried to explain my situation (when they eventually answer the phone) and to get them to cancel the membership because without a pool it is no longer any use to me, only to be met with many false promises and defiant staff, insistent that I need to pay a cancellation fee to cancel a service that they can no longer offer me, which I find very unfair. They cannot seem to comprehend that it is them that have changed the terms of the service and flatly refuse to accept that this is their issue.
