BREACH OF CONTRACT WITHOUT NOTICE OF CHANGE

I opened up a planet fitness membership in Hennopsview. One factor of my contract was that if i was unable to carry on with my membership, I would be able to sell it/transfer it to someone else. Before preparing to resign from my job I called in to the accounts department at Hennops, and the excuse for me never getting to speak to accounts was \She is busy". Went on for months"
