Breach of Contract to Keep My Money

I signed a contract on the 30/10/14. The contract stated that the Contract start date is 01/12/14. On the 04/12/14 i phoned in to cancel my contract to get my full refund. They refused to fully refund me. According to the contract a full refund is valid if done in the cooling off period, which the contract states is within 5 working days of the Contract Start Date ! However they have refused this saying the cooling off period is from the contract sign date. Now they have approved paying me R1800 instead of the R3500 I should be getting, just to shut me up and get me to leave them alone.<br> They then reply to my previous complaint sayin all is well and they were correct in what they did.
