Breach of contract on 3 separate occasions

Breached my contract on 3 occasions.

1. Paused my contract without my consent and didn't even bother emailing me and letting me know they will be pausing it. I would have let them know that I could have paid it during lockdown.

2. Extended my contract by another 4 months without my consent once again. Didn't bother them to pick up the phone and call me to let me know or even an email to get my permission to go forward with this.

3. After pausing my contract by 3 months and then extending which you know at the end of the day is fair and I was okay with after speaking to a supervisor. It was then agreed upon that they would not charge me a second levy, reason being is if they never extended my contract I would never have needed to pay a second levy. I then received a message saying they will be taking the levy therefore they have now charged me more than what the original agreed upon contract stated which is unacceptable.

Don't go to PF, complete waste of time and will breach their contract with you without batting an eyelid.
