Breach of contract from their side!

<p>Planet Fitness Benoni has the worst sales team providing poor service! First of all the salesman by the name of Wellington sold me the contract saying that there would not be any pro rata amounts. 1 month later they denied me access because I had to pay that pro rata fee. That was just over R200.</p> <p>Now, I went to the gym last year December just before Christmas and a salesman by the name of Joseph helped me. I told him that Wellington told me that I can change my contract from the R199 special to the momentum multiply contract at any time. He then cancelled my contract and gave me the new contract. Beginning of this year I got denied access once again due to my contract being cancelled and no new contract being put in place. I signed the contract stating I would be paying only R130 odd pm! Now I see that they debited me an amounts of R449!! Thus breach of contract. I will take this to higher management as this is an issue I cannot accept. </p>
