Breach of Contract!!!!

I have a 2 year contract with Planet Fitness Rustenburg that started in November 2018 and should have ended November 2020. I want to cancel my contract because there is never enough equipment that is in working order, the bathrooms are filthy and the service is the worst. When I phoned to cancel my contract Mpho at Planet Fitness call center (REF number: ***)told me that my contract will only end March 2022. If I cancel my contract now I will be liable for +-R 1 500.00. PF call center said that I have an extension on my contract due to Covid19 which is not my problem. Its not my fault that the gym decided that EVERYONE is not paying for that time. I want the proof that I said I will not or can not pay for the 3 months of lockdown. With PF decisions my contract has extended another 6 months longer that it should have been.. way longer!

Would not recommend anyone join Planet Fitness.
