Breach of Contract

Hello Peter,<br> <br> Please help us with the following matter:<br> <br> We entered into a 3 year contract with Planet Fitness Cobble Walk, Sonstraal, Durbanville. We paid up our contract upfront. After two years there was an Electrical fire or something wrong with Electrical. The gym then closed down and members was referred to another branch in Aurora in Durbanville. <br> <br> We couldn't go to Aurora because of travelling distance. We probably just went there once. It was too expensive and totally out of our area to go gym at Aurora, that's why we signed up Cobble walk because its walking distance from home.<br> <br> We were just hoping they fix the electrical problems at the gym so that we can just go back, but that was not the case because they completely closed down. A new gym opened a few months later Zone fitness.<br> <br> We had a year left on our contract but just lost it!!!<br> <br> This is not fair, not acceptable!!
