BREACH OF CONTACT - ****

Hi, I signed a contract with planet fitness Carlton center on the promise that they will be opening their new gym inside carlton center within a month, that was in August 2015. Come September the gym still didn't open, went there to inquire and i was told that the opening was postponed to somewhere around October, long story short we're on the 5th of January 2016 and the Gym hasn't opened yet. so i went there to cancel my membership as it was never used, just to be told that i need to pay something like R1300 for cancellation. Really? I feel ******, betrayed disappointed and trapped in some kind of ****, if there's any breach of contract it should be on them, they are the ones that breached the contract by not respecting the month agreement, i am the one they should be payment not the other way around. I think i've been patient enough, from August 2015 to January 2016 that's 5 months. what do you think i should do in the case because i do have that R1300 to throw out of the window.<br> Thank you
