Branch lost vitality paperwork, cost me RRR, and the response when raises is wanting additional fees to ix their mistake

When i Joined the Gym from Virgin active 2 years ago the branch personell assured my my vitality discount did count from planet fitness, and I filled in all the relevant paperwork.

When I noticed my fees mere much higher than they should have been and enquired, the branch and planet fitness as a body while never disputing the branches mistake, both refused to correct it but also wanted an aditional fee from me to fix the issue.

Not only did a mistake from the branch cost me thousands in total, as well as various vitality benefits, there response was more greed and wanting more money from me to fix their mistake.
