Blood sucking ********

I went Planet Fitness to enquire about the gym and was told to fill in a form which I didn't want to but the guy was forcing me and I ended up filling in the form. He told me I can use the facility for 5 days and can will need to cancel within 5 days if not taking the contract. I have never not once used the Planet Fitness facility called but couldn't get through. I was then called by my manager as one of the flights was delayed. I worked at the airport for one the company’s that liquidated. All emails to Planet fitness of them Investigate my call was from the company office. They promised to call me back but never did. All this time I thought it was sorted out but they handed me over. I refuse to pay for something I never used. I called them in time on day 5 then when I called on day 6 they answer and tell me sorry I am liable for the money. Everytime I called the guy they tell me he is at work and have to hold then told he is not available left several messages not once was I called back.He was running away from me. I need to know how to resolve this as I will never pay for something I never used. It is the second time writing here. I got retrenched and the company liquidated. Where the hell will I get 12 thousands to pay for a **** gym membership that I never used. I don't need this stress all I need is a permanent job. Get these attorneys off my back.
