Blocked membership

What an overall bad service from this organization,I made my first payment of 240 and the following month I was told my membership was blocked due to nonpayment caused by their technical problems.Without any hesistation as floppy as the consultants at the gym didn't appear to be have good attitude to render clientele,I made a payment from my app,to date my membership is still blocked.What kind of service do you ofder to your clients?This is insane and null.I am so ****ed to have to make follow-ups in regards to this.

Mbali tried her best as someone who assisted me to join this gym company..it has now become a nightmare.
