Blocked membership

For the second time in a row in am still struggling to gym because of the bad service that is being rendered by planet fitness carnival.Every day I go there with an intention to gym when it get there my memwbership is blocked because they have a technical issue,this is embarrassing and null.I think I joined a nightmare of gym.

What a null service from this so called gym company
