I specifically email them to make sure when my contract ends everything will be fine. They respond to say that I can end with 2 months notice during the contract or an immediate cancelation that will have a fee. Months afterward I see almost R1000 withdrawn from my account. I call in only to find out my contract is continuing on a month to month basis. If I want to cancel it you need give 1 months notice. So why did they not say this when I emailed to find out about it? Why would you lie about that? If I specifically ask about my contract coming to an end why not say that I still have to cancel it? Such a bunch a sneaky, money hungry a--holes.

I haven't been to the gym in almost a year but I didn't want to cancel my contract because I felt bad for the staff and the fact that many people probably cancelled their contracts due to COVID. I'm ever sorry I signed up for this gym. Don't waste your time with these people.
