Black tag cancellation headache

The sales agent at planet fitness accidentally activated a black tag(buddy tag) on my profile instead of registering a new profile for my wife. After realising his mistake he registered the new profile for my wife and said he will remove the black tag from my profile. This was early December 2023. Since then I have called the support line numerous times, they keep on referring me to the branch and at the branch they keep on saying its a back office problem.

In the mean time I am paying without a clear indication of when this will be resolved and if I will be reimbursed from December 2023.
