Black tag

So for a year and a half I used my black tag to tag in my friend. Today I was informed that my friend needs to leave when I leave. This was never told to me. She was still busy with a aqua class. So they told her in front of the whole class she needs to get out of the swimming pool and leave the gym immediately because I have left the gym. They publicly humiliated her. They could have handled this so much better. I then phoned their customer service and was first cut of. When I phoned again they said this is is not a customer care matter and told me I must phone the manager at the club. He was the one who informed the receptionist to tell my friend she must get out of the swimming pool in the middle of the class.
