black tag

I joined Planitfitness Parklands and had the black tag option activated. The black tag deductions was suppose to be deduced from my husbands bank account, because I paid my membership in full. In breach of contact the amount was deducted from my account. I asked the reception manager to change it as per the contract but it seems to still be on my account. <br> <br> Because I thought all was in order I stoped the debit order from my account only to find out three months later that all was not in order and I am in arrears. I have been given over to your legal department without you even trying to make contact with me.<br> <br> This is clearly an error from your side and I would like to be e called by your accounts department or management who will be able to assist. <br> <br> A no-reply email is not good enough like with my last enquiry. You sent an email with no solution which is not good enough. CALL ME PLEASE.
