Billing and their attorneys

I am really having a bad record because of planet fitness,firstly my plan was behind made sure I pay all the money that m behind with...a month later I still received a message that I owe them a small balance.. When I went to the branch to check they telling me that my plan is up to date.. Yet I receive threatening messages from their attorneys
