Billing and Account problems

Been having account problems and have followed their instructions to resolve the issue every step of the way. The problems continue and I am now being threatened with legal action. Nobody at the HQ answers the phones and I've spent 3 sessions of 10 minutes on hold waiting for someone to pick up to no avail. So I've had to log my query via email and it's now been 5 days with still no response. Planet Fitness seems to be very quick to throw "legal action" in the mix with no effort on their part to resolve an issue that can very easily be fixed.
