Hello,

I am very, very upset with Planet Fitness Mega? I am still waiting for someone to contact me back regarding payment issues I had on my account and this is now like 4 -5 months? This is not exactable? The Gym closed down for like 7 months, and ask to make payment? Ask them to freeze my account not freezed… Now I am reliable for that outstanding total as I ask them to find out if there is a way that I can make a payment arrangement (still waiting for feedback???) I wanted to arrange payment arrangements for the outstanding old account and debuted my account as normal (that also has stopped??) so that I still can use the facility as normal? But still no feedback?

I have place an complaine on the 02-02-2018 and still no feedback??

If I just can get any feedback I will be very happy?
