Billed without signing a contract

I logged a complained on the 6th of February and Planet fitness responded on the 9th of February that one of their agent will contact me which they have not, on the 25th of Feb they debited my account again,<br> i would like all the money that they have been debiting me to be credited back to my account, i have not been in their gym not even once, i never collcted a tag, i never signed a contract , i only submitted an application form, nor did i submit a copy of my id. i want all my money that has been debited since November to be credited back.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
