Billed after cancellation of membership

I have been trying to cancel my membership for months. It was suspended last year and re opened January without any notification to me. Every month planet fitness keeps deducting several different amounts from my bank account. February i phoned and cancelled again i paid i settlement amount and still after that every month they deduct money again i have been calling customer service every single month and every time they promise that the membership is cancelled and that no deductions will be made again, yet again this month another deduction after the emails i requested them to send me that no deduction will take place! So disgusted
