Big mistake joining planet fitness

<p>I dont know where to even start. I have been trying to cancel my membership for 3 months now and nothing but they still deducting from my account. I was pushed to cancel this memebership because there is so much contradicting information they give me regarding the number of times i have to attend the gym to get my benefit. When i attend the way they told me they charge me the full amount still. when i call im told the other lady who told me this didnt understand the whole thind. Is that my problem though. </p> <p> </p> <p>Such bad service. This lady Belinda Ndziba who is handling this matter never gets back to me. When i call she is always busy and i ask that she calls me but nothing. Next thing i know they are busy deducting from my account. It took me a minute to join but when you want out because of their dismal service they give you the run around. Il go back to Virgin active honestly cause the only attraction was the indoor track but not worth the stress.</p>
