BEYOND PATHETIC - not even worth a star.

They are not even worth a star! Since I joined in February 2025, I have had NUMEROUS problems with my membership. I have spoken to countless people at Planet Fitness who all promise to keep me updated and provide feedback, but they just don't care. I have even spoken to managers to raise my concerns who have promised to assist, but when you follow up they are IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND! Worst service I have EVER received from a company. Funny thing is, many people I speak to also have endless problems. There system is pathetic and customer service is non-existent. It has cost me so much of my time, money, personal leave, patience and energy to try and sort out THEIR mess!!!! I would NEVER recommend them to anybody!!!!
