BEWARE OF PLANET FITNESS

I joined Planet Fitness a year ago (2 year contract). I explained to the pleasant rep. (Quincy) that due to a chronic back condition I would only be able to do water aerobics. For, at least 3 of the 12 months the pool was unusable because the temperature was far too low. we were constantly told that all would be well "Next week". I resigned a few days ago and instead of being refunded at least 3 months fees I was told I had to pay in over R1000. I was talking to a pleasant rep called Arthur who had no authority. There were multiple promises and nothing was done. Eric
