Beware highly ********* sales reps - trained to ****

We inquired about this gym, and from that point on, we received relentless calls every single day urging us to sign up.

Eventually, my wife decided to visit the facilities. After her visit, she was still uncertain and asked for some time to think it over. The sales rep agreed but insisted she fill out a form, claiming it would expedite the process if we decided to join later. My wife comp****, but she contacted them the next day to inform them that she had decided not to proceed with the application. Despite this, the sales rep, Dudu, went ahead and processed the membership without our consent or knowledge. We only found out we had been enrolled after a debit order was processed.

Planet Fitness has completely lost our trust, and I would never recommend this gym due to what I consider ********* and borderline ******** behavior. Our complaint is on record with reference number 215259. We demand a full refund of the unauthorized debit order and a formal apology from Dudu for her dishonest tactics.

I'm deeply disappointed—shame on you, Planet Fitness!
