Benoni planet fitness so disappointed

What a disappointment, the gym staff are not helpful or friendly, you have to look for wieghts all over the gym none of them are in the right place I tripped over dumbbells lying all over. The racks had maybe 10 wieghts packed the treadmills stick and most of them don’t work, I couldn’t get my tag , 10 days later I was still not loaded on the system, when confronting staff I was looked at like I was dumb , the gym is freaking horrible. After complaining to staff and sending emails to planet fitness nothing was done. You should be ashamed of yourself. I’ve been a member for a long time I’d rather sit in traffic and train at Bedford then train at Benoni
