Being stiffed

My wife joined last year October, and included me as her Black Tag partner.<br> <br> A month later they called us, offering us a special deal to have me join on my own membership.<br> <br> I accepted, with the premise of them cancelling the additional R 100 p/m for the Black Tag on my wife's account due to me now paying for my own membership... Logical right... ?<br> <br> Since November last year, we've been calling and getting empty promises of the Black Tag being cancelled, all the while still getting the R 99 p/m deducted off her account with no refund.<br> <br> This is really unprofessional, not expected from such a large franchise..<br>
