Being handed over 4 years after contract expires!
My Planet Fitness PLATINUM contract expired on 6th Oct 2011. <br> And I just received a call today in 2015 to say I owe R6500 ???<br> And I'm being handed over.<br> After requesting the contract I find out that the \lawyer"must now get it from Head Office. So how does she know whether it was automatically renewed or not? which she says it was by the way?<br> I cannot believe this! I keep calling the Planet fitness offices in Sandton and the Head Office"

06 Nov 2021, 17:05They magically found my request for cancellation directly at the branch. That’s why you should never sign up with any gyms - you can’t get out and they will call you out of the blue years later to say you owe money and threaten you.
