Been requesting help 3weeks now. Still ignoring me

I have requested a breakdown og final payments from this useless gym npw for 3 weeks. Mailing and calling each day!! So fed up!! If you transfer from one planet fitness to another, without your concent, they resugn u up a whole new contract. They refuse to contact me back or respond to mails or complaints on thwir website. Never ever go through the pain of such a useless place
