BE WARNED.

This is a warning to anyone who has a membership with this gym company cos you will struggle with billing issues, access, rudeness and lack of accountability when dealing with them.

Unfortunately after my last review, things have since went completely south with the billing. A gentleman claiming to be a manager called me on Friday after I sent an email, he was rude, and unwilling to help resolve the issue. He was meant to call me today(Monday), but he still hasn’t and the matter remains unresolved. Absolutely pathetic for an organization of your stature.
