Be cautious of Dewald at planet fitness castle gate

I had the worst experience ever with planet fitness castle gate. Dewald promised me the stars and I am now paying more than double what I agreed to. He did not mention anything about a yearly levy fee of R1000. After the large amounts of money have been debited from my account he does not answer my calls or whatsapp and is not willing to assist in any way. The whole process has been a nightmare.
