Bank account debited multiple times - queries being ignored

I would really not recommend Planet Fitness to anybody...

Who ever is working in their Accounts Department has no idea what they are doing. My bank account gets debited multiple times (with me incurring unnecessary bank charges), when asked to investigate it, I get ignored. This is really not acceptable!!!

Planet Fitness: Please have a look at my email sent 2 weeks ago, where I queried the statement I got with the duplicated amounts on. Secondly, explain to me why my bank account was debited 3 times this month? Thirdly, kindly refund me the bank charges I incurred due to your errors.
