Balance outstanding

Platness fitness has been giving me a run around since last week. I called the call centre regarding my issue they told me only the branch manager can give them a go ahead to remove the amount outstanding on my daughter's account. I'm so upset no one seems to understand that the mistake is made by planet fitness as they promised me they cancelled my daughter's account when they linked her under her brother who is 18. I am not paying the amount outstanding on my child's account because I was told her membership was cancelled and she is linked under her brother who turned 28. I have the branch manager saying she logged a query to the call centre and waiting for their feedback instead of her calling me back to provide me with feedback she gets the consultant who assured me my daughter s membership was cancelled to tell me something I don't understand. Please planet fitness Parklands stop disrespecting your clients this way. There is no way I pay for your mistake never. At this moment I don't even know who to speak to in that organisation as no is competent enough to hear what the issue is and Assist accordingly
