bad services

I am gyming at the kuilsriver branch at the moment but I am very upset with the kinda service that we receive from the gym, I have logged a complaint with them but I have received feed back on the matter but I was sent a response 3 weeks later saying that the matter has been closed. We pay a levy every year for the maintenance of the equipment which I don't know what they use the funds for as the equipment is always broken.
