Bad service when it comes to cancelation

Canceled my subscription in February and apparently they never canceled it, June I received a call from one of them and I explained I canceled it and send email that I received to show the acknowledge that canceled was organized she also never got back to and thinking the have followed up, today I received an sms saying I owe them.
