Bad service rendered

I have just signed up with Planet Fitness George for their Black Friday promotion they had running. But let me tell you one thing those service consultants are just concerned about signing you up & not bothering any further. Eg explaining joint companies that you can gain rewards from having signed up with them, when I enquired about this it was told to me oh you need to phone yourself to find out how it works etc! Total incompetence if you ask me! It has honestly left a bad taste in my mouth!
