Bad service (Planet fitness witbank)

I registered with planet fitness witbank this year, and was given a nice deal of R279 a month for 2 years. 2 months down the line I wanted to debit R699, when l went there the following days to get an explanation, I was told that my contract is canceled, without them phoning me and tell me what's going on. The embarrassing part is that even after canceling my contract they still try to debit every month.
