Bad service planet fitness soneike

Good day

I would like to express my extreme displeasure of my first experience and visit to planet fitness brackenfell, since I’ve signed up that is.

I’ve received the email attached below stating that I may bring a non-member with from the dates stipulated below.

Kyra at reception was very unwelcoming and had no way of speaking to me. Completely disregarded me and practically mocked me. She went out to the board and told me this was for national members only. And kept telling me about the dates etc.

What a HORRIBLE AND EMBARRASSING EXPERIENCE.

I am highly disgusted and do not even wish to visit the gym again.

When I opted planet fitness as my gym for my vitality membership, I done so for convenience purposes and for the great service I received when I signed up.

I’ve emailed my complaint and called in to complain about this (also note it was confirmed that the email received was correct so your staff must just be ***********!) it’s been 3 weeks and no response has been received!

I want to cancel my membership!!!
