Bad service from Reception .

I went to the New planet fitness in Menlyn on Saturday 16 Spet 2017 around 17h45. Just needed to take a tour the club and find about their facilities & fees. Was told at the door I should consult a sales consultant & then get requested by Id. I then said I not joining the club just need a tour, why my Id number? Was told that it a private club. Why isn't this written at the entrance instead of tasting my time with *********** & useless reception attendants.
