Bad service from Ole !!

I gym at the Sandton the Marc branch and I recently canceled vitality for Sanlam reality. Santam advised I must come to the branch to check if the benefit for gym is activated. Ole is so rude and did not do much to assist. He literally told me to go back to Sanlam so that I can be assisted while rolling his eyes, I even tried to explain that I already spoke with Sanlam and he said I must go back to Santam again as what he sees is that I will pay the full premium end of the month. Jamelyn is the one who tried to assist and told ole to call a sales consultant, he still did not get a sales rep until he was reminded again to get a sales consultant to assist. I am so disappointed in the level of service received from Ole, it’s disgusting to say the least!
