Bad service

Am a limited club member holder with Planetfittness for the past 5 years due to my work schedule. I do the evening training cause I knock off late at work. Firstly the have reduces the entry time from 7pm to 7.30pm and the close at 9 giving one less than an hour to gym.

Secondly they close the steam room and sauna by 8.40 which does not allow us to use after gym.

Thirdly they close the showers by 8. 45 by the time one gets to the showers at 8.50 for a quick shower they are clossed .

With the amount of money one is paying R498.00 and gets such service its way ridiculous. And the serve agreed upon is not being offered to the max.

I have raised it on several occasions with front desk to no avail.

Can someone please help
