Bad service!!! Call centre sucks!

Terrible call centre. No response after emails and messages. Airtime wasted after holding the line forever and still they don't answer.

Equipment outdated. Music outdated. Poor service all round.

The fact that you can't be helped by the call centre after a week of trying just makes me more negative and spoils my experience at planet fitness.
