Bad service

I joined the gym last month only to find a call I have been waiting for that I’m relocating so I can’t continue with the gym. I called them but they say I must pay over R2000 for cancellation fee but I never even paid the joining fee or whatsoever. I only paid for the tag which I can just paid for the days I went to gym if that’s the case because when I asked if they have planet fitness in eastern cape they said they don’t have so why must I pay for something not under my control. I’m so disappointed
