Bad service at planet fitness

The treatment I received was so bad taking me up side down and when they busy marketing they do not even tell some information This is what happened I app**** on line to the just gym at cashan when I was about to sign the contract I discovered that this gym I don’t want to train here because I have an injury and inside their gym they are having steps which will make it difficult for to climb now and then I then spoke to the guy I was supposed to sign to that I no longer want to train here so i will go to rustenburg tomorrow he insisted that I sign and tomorrow I ll just transfer without mentioning that to change is a fee on top of that plan is changing apparently when u transfer from one gym to other I can not keep the same special both clubs are running and and they did not inform me about the cooling off now is me who have to pay and spend at head office they do not even what to hear the whole thing as this was verbal and I do not have proof just like that am paying for gym that am not using and I should cancel the membership the lady that was helping me over the phone was even rude when I was asking whre do lay complain even on their contract nothing is mentioned that when you go to other clubs you pay more I need help
