Bad service and rudeness from the advisor

I have never ever in my life been disrespected like this, I called wanting assistance with our membership and the planet fitness unprofessional advisor Nomathamisanqa was so rude to me and my husband. She was literally screaming at me on the line and was so rude and was even talking over me. And even hung up on me.
