Bad service and rudeness

I am appalled at the treatment I got from planet fitness. My husband joined the gym abs joined me as well. He was responsible for all the payments. Mid October he canceled the membership for the both of us. He emailed them stating that he was cancelling membership for us abs stated both our names. He received confirmation that membership was canceled until I started receiving calls from debt collectors. We went to the gym to understand what was going on only to be told that my membership was not canceled. They never advised him on the email he sent that he cannot cancel my membership and neither did they contact me to advise same.

This is unacceptable service and poor on their part.
