Bad service and money taken with no membership activated

Really not happy with the service I received from just gym planet fitness in centurion. I was assisted by Zipho who told me to send money for a tag and my gym membership will be activate I was advised that I will not need to pay anything because I was a vitality member. I paid for the tag and till this day my membership is not active and I have received any feedback. I spoke to his manager Jason and he promised feedback but I haven’t received it . They took my money and went mute. This is not about the money it was only around 250 however I am really disappointed as to how bad planet fitness treats their clients. I don’t think I’ll ever refer anyone to the gym
