Bad service and lack of response

After 2 years of nothing but painful experiences at Planet Fitness I tried to cancel my contract. I was insured that the problem with my account would be sorted out I order to rectify my complaints and keep me as a client. After numerous attempts to contact Thabo (escalating my problem with the call Centre) no one has bothered to contact me. I even tweeted about it and still no response! I have many family members signed up with planet fitness and they are all ready to cancel their contracts with this club because of their incompetence.
